Project Overview
A Permanent Café Built From A Container
The client wanted a café with the presence of a permanent shop, without the cost and timeline of traditional construction. We converted a 40ft shipping container with a full glass frontage, an insulated interior rated for the UAE summer and a rooftop seating deck.
Built-in lifting points mean the café can be moved by crane if the brand relocates, and the whole unit was fitted out in our Jebel Ali workshop before delivery.

2D layout, equipment list and engineering drawings approved by the client.

Galvanised chassis and insulated body panels welded in our Jebel Ali workshop.
Week 5–7
Kitchen Fit-Out
Gas, electrical and plumbing installed; equipment commissioned and tested.
Week 8
Quality Check & Handover
Road-worthiness and safety inspection, branding applied and delivered.
